First State Homecare Agency, is here to help build a strong community. We carefully select our life impactors (staff) because of the effect they may have on any individual. They undergo rigorous interviews, background checks, and references. We choose impactors who are empathetic and have great passion and interest in what they do.

Personal Care Services
Providing personal care for a family member is very delicate and extremely important for both physically and mentally. First State Homecare Agency offers personal care services that are individual/client centered. Our trained caregivers can assist you or your loved one with assistance with the activities of daily living, such as:

Respite Care
If a client’s primary caregiver needs to take a temporary break, our respite care program provides a relief and assistance to client according to the needs of the client or the plan of care established by the client’s physician.
Caregivers
First State Homecare Agency caregivers provide assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, skin care and grooming, Meal preparation, Transportation to appointments/errands, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
Companion Services
Our companion services enables and assists our clients in building and maintaining a socially balanced lifestyle. Our caregivers can be a personal companion or help seniors achieve their social goals through some activities like; planning, reading/writing, offering transportation for personal visits.
